Kitchen clerk F/H

Missions: 

  • Carry out preliminary product preparation tasks,
  • Assisting the Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation of dishes,
  • Provide service according to the hotel's rules and procedures,
  • Ensure the maintenance of the premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards,
  • Participate in the sorting and disposal of waste,

Diploma/knowledge required:

  • BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
  • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules
  • Knowledge of the luxury hotel/restaurant industry
