Missions: 

  • Clean and set up the point of sale according to the hotel's procedures,
  • Participate in serving food and beverages,
  • Ensure clearing and cleaning during service,
  • Maintaining and cleaning service equipment,
  • Maintaining relations with the kitchen, the bursar's office, the cellar, etc.
  • Ensuring the supply of the point of sale in such a way as to make its conditions of use optimal,
  • Setting up the terrace

Diploma/knowledge required :

  • Diploma in Catering desired
  • Hotel knowledge

Know-how / Technical skills required :

  • First experience (internship or 1st experience) in catering in an upmarket hotel
