  • Welcoming our customers
  • Advise guests on the hotel's services
  • Advise customers on the resort's services
  • Organize the clients' stay
  • Make reservations for services requested by customers before and during their stay (transfers, restaurants, ski lessons, activities, etc.)
  • Supervise the baggage service
  • Ensure the follow-up of the customers' luggage during arrivals and departures
  • Ensure and verify the invoicing of the various services
  • Participate in all administrative functions of the department 

Diploma/knowledge required 

  • You have a background in hospitality and experience in a similar establishment.
  • Knowledge of Val Thorens and the resort's services (ski area, activities, restaurants, etc.)
  • B license

  • Similar experience in a 5* establishment
  • Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of a third language appreciated
  • Knowledge of OPERA software
