  • Welcoming our customers
  • Accompanying them to the room
  • Doing checks in and checks out
  • Advise guests on the hotel's services
  • Ensure and verify the invoicing of the various services
  • Participate in all the administrative functions of the department (control of reservations, organisation of the shift, cash desks, etc.)

Diploma/knowledge required 

  • You have a background in hospitality and experience in a similar establishment.

  • Similar experience in a 5* or Palace establishment
  • Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of a third language appreciated
