Over the years, the Alta Contest Bar has become a real showcase for mixology enthusiasts. Contestants will compete in front of a jury of experts made up of industry professionals and renowned partners, as well as a public jury, which will also have its say.

Precision in technique, balance of flavors, visual creativity, storytelling around cocktails: every detail will count in winning over the jury and securing victory.

A festive atmosphere open to everyone

Beyond the competition, the Alta Contest Bar is above all a moment of sharing.

- DJ set all day long
- Happy Hour from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on beer, the shooter bar, and the St-Germain bar
- Open to the public from 12:30 p.m.

From noon onwards, the atmosphere will gradually heat up around the bar, with original creations, cheers from the crowd, and musical energy. It's the perfect opportunity to discover the world of mixology, chat with professionals, and sample some daring cocktails.
