Altayaki: A Culinary Journey Without Borders
The big news this season is the opening of Altayaki, a restaurant offering cuisine inspired by East Asian flavors, enhanced by European and Latin American touches. Under the direction of chef Alexis Chaillou, each dish is designed to be shared, in a warm and friendly spirit.
On the menu: creations such as wagyu beef tataki, duck confit gyozas and marinated sea bass ceviche. All accompanied by a menu of sakes carefully selected to sublimate each mouthful. Altayaki is the promise of a unique gustatory journey where flavors, sharing and conviviality combine to create an exceptional experience.
Casa Alta: The Transalpine Restaurant Revisited
The former 2Mille3 restaurant gives way to Casa Alta, Altapura's new main restaurant. Entirely redesigned by the Monts et Merveilles architectural studio, Casa Alta welcomes you in a warm setting where raw wood blends with unique contemporary furnishings.
At lunchtime, Casa Alta offers a brasserie menu, ideal for a gourmet break between two runs on the slopes. In the evening, enjoy refined transalpine cuisine, fusing the flavours of Italy and the French Alps. A big change this season: no more buffet in the evenings, but more plated service, for a more intimate and refined culinary experience. The dessert buffet, meanwhile, remains a gourmet invitation to end the meal on a sweet note.
